शांति दर्शन - हमारी धरोहर

ओम् वो यजस्य प्रसाधनः तन्युः देवेषु आततः ।
तं आहुतं नशीमहि ।।
ओम् मनोन्वा हुवामहे नाराशंसेन सोमेन ।
पितृणां च मन्महि ।।
ऋग्वेद - १०/१९/२



We have set everything in order about our country, but if our enemies try to enter into our arrangements to disrupt our peace and programme of our country or the life of our citizens , we will destroy them, so that the country may prosper and progress systematically and the citizens build their character morally .


We have determination in our mind to proceed on the path of peace - appreciated, proposed and recommended by our people and the elders of our society. We are determined to carry our country to its true goal. Spiritually also, the youth of our country will follow the path recommended by our elders.



हम अमन चाहते हैं , हम चमन चाहते हैं
हम प्रेम-सुधा से पोषित , यह वतन चाहते हैं


यदि कोई हमारे घर में करने अशांति आएगा
वह अमन चैन का दुश्मन , अपने मुंह की खायेगा
कमजोर कोई न समझे , ना रहम चाहते हैं


है शांति हमारी पूँजी, हैं अमन हमारा दर्शन
आदेश बुजुर्गों का यह , दिखला देता है दर्पन
हम विश्व शांति करने का , हर जतन चाहते हैं
.

शिव सन्कल्पमस्तु मंत्र

ओम् यज्जाग्रतो दूरमुदैति दैवतं सुप्तस्य तथैवैति ।
दूरङ्गमं ज्योतिषां ज्योतिरेकं यन्मे मनः शिव सन्कल्पमस्तु ।
( य ३४/१ - यजुर्वेद )

Our mind travels with amazing speed. It takes us to the unbelievable distances when we are awake . It makes us travel far and wide even when we are asleep . The mind is frr of restrictions. May this mind of mine be of divine qualities and of noble thoughts.

यह मन क्यों इतना भाग रहा
इसकी गति क्यों इतनी चंचल
तन सोया है मन जाग रहा

क्यों सीमाओं से मुक्त है मन
क्यों इच्छाओं से युक्त है मन
यह मन क्यों है इतना पागल
यह गाता अपना राग रहा

इतनी विनती तुमसे भगवन
चाहे कितना भी भागे मन
इसमें हरदम सुविचार रहे
बस इतना तुमसे मांग रहा

ओम् त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनं
उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनात् मृत्योर्मुक्षीय मामृतात् ।। य ३/६०- यजुर्वेद

(MAHA MRITUNJAY MANTRA)

O Lord ! We worship mother veda which is fulfilling our lives in three ways- physically, mentally and spiritually. We are in a cycle of life and death, hence death is inevitable. We are aware that we have to die one day , but, we pray to you God that let us be separated from this life like a ripe fruit of Kharbooja (Musk-melon) , which gets detached from its roots silently without any resistance , spreading the sweet smell announcing its ripening. Let us become immortal with our deeds.


जन्म तुमने है दिया हम मानते
मौत भी आनी है यह हम जानते


पर जीऊँ मैं जिंदगी ऐसी पिता
मौत भी आये मगर ऐसी पिता
शान से जीऊँ मरूं मैं शान से
जिंदगी और मौत ऐसी मांगते


जिंदगी पूरी जीऊँ मैं इस तरह
जैसे खरबूजा हो खुशबू से भरा
जैसे पक कर डाल  से होता जुदा
इस तरह जीवन से मुक्ति चाहते


मृत्यु से मुक्ति न कोई पा सका
कर्म से ही मृत्युंजय कहला सका
जिदगी जब तक चले ऐसी चले
मृत्यु जो कर दे अमर वह चाहते

ओम दोषो आगाद् वृहद गाय धुमद गामन्नर्थवण । स्तुहि देवं सवितारं । - सामवेद

O man! Whenever you are surrounded by darkness and evils, pray to the creator. Sing his praise when you are in the crisis of shortages in your life . Only he is all light and is a true teacher.


हे मानव ! हे मानव ! तू ईश्वर की स्तुति कर !

जब दूर तलक दुःख के बादल छाये हों
जब घोर अँधेरे जीवन में आये हों
तब दोनों हाथ जोड़ कर के
तू ईश्वर की स्तुति कर !

जब भी अभाव की चिंताएं घेरे हों
पापों की तरफ कदम बढ़ते तेरे हों
तब दोनों आँख मूँद कर के
तू ईश्वर की स्तुति कर !

जब मन के दोषों से चाहो छुटकारा
मन में छेड़ो प्रभु चिंतन का इकतारा
फिर मन में खुशियाँ भर कर के
तू ईश्वर की स्तुति कर !

शांति पाठ

ओम ध्ह्यो: शान्तिः आन्तरिक्षम शान्तिः पृथिवी शान्तिः आपः शान्तिः औषधयः शान्तिः वनस्पतयः शान्तिः विश्वेदेवाः शान्ति-ब्रह्मः शान्तिः सर्वं शान्तिः सा मा शान्तिः एधि । ओम शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ओम । - यजुर्वेद


May the sky give peace to me !May the air give peace to me ! May the earth give peace to me ! May the vegetation and herbs give peace to me ! May all divines give peace to me ! May Brahma give peace to me ! May the Universe give peace to me ! May the Peace come to me from every quarter !

शांति दीजिये , शांति दीजिये
जल से  थल से , शांति दीजिये


शांति दीजिये अंतरिक्ष से
शांति दीजिये वन्य वृक्ष से


शांति औषध से मिले प्रभु
और बनस्पति से मिले प्रभु


शांति सब ब्रह्माण्ड में हो
शांति जीवन कांड में हो

गायत्री मंत्र

ओम् भूर्भुवः स्व: । तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं । भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि । धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात् । - यजुर्वेद

He, who is creator of the whole world and the provider of all our wealth, who enlightens the minds and hearts of all and gives happiness, who is the purest and the ultimate source of knowledge - we worship and pray to him and accept him inside our hearts. We pray to him to guide our minds away from bad deeds towards the good deeds.


तुम जीवन के आधार प्रभो !

तुम सत्त चित्त आनंदरूप

शत शत करते आभार प्रभो !



तुम निर्माता इस सृष्टि के

सूरज के तुम , तुम वृष्टि के

तुम शीतल हो ,तुम तेज प्रखर

कण कण में हो साकार प्रभो !



हम मूरख हैं, हम अज्ञानी ,

हम नश्वर करते नादानी

तुम दाता हो, तुम पालक हो

सद्बुद्धि दो , सुविचार प्रभो !

अग्नि प्रार्थना

अग्निमीडे पुरोहितं यज्यस्यदेव मृत्विजं होतारं रत्नधात मम । -ऋग्वेद

I worship agni, the destroyer of all evils ,the source of life and the face of Almighty God in its three forms- physical, psychological and spiritual. Let the agni which is burning in front of me , guide me in my life, treating it as a sacrifice with the end object being the attainment of the highest and the purest of human life- as materially the object is the possession of wealth of every man.

हे अग्नि जलो ,संताप हरो
जीवन में प्रभु, ये तेज भरो


यह अग्नि रूप ,सूरज सी धूप
ईश्वर समान, है विद्यमान
पूजा मेरी स्वीकार करो


अंतर की आग ,सुख दुःख विराग
ऋतुओं का चक्र ,सब सरल वक्र
एश्वर्य मेरे भंडार भरो
