ईश्वर और हम

औम् सः नः बन्धुः जनित स विधाता धामानि वेद भुवनानि विश्वा !

यत्र देवः अमृतं आनशानाः तृतीये धमन्न ध्यैरयन्तः !! 

यजु - ३२/१० 

We are a part of him . He is the one who gives birth to us . He knows all the worlds that exist in the universe . This earth is for mortals . Those who are born and die are related to this earth. Those who cross over the cycle of birth and death are liberated and attain 'Moksha' - they become the residents of third loka . 

बन्धु  है, भ्रात  है, जन्मदाता तात है !

वह सदा सर्वज्ञ है , और 

तुच्छ हम अल्पज्ञ हैं 

वह अजर , वह अमर , वह पिता वह मात है !

विश्व है जीवन मरण , और 

मोक्ष है अंतिम चरण 

मुक्ति तो भोर है , मृत्यु काली रात है   ! 

ईश-कृपा

औम् उत्तेदानी  भगवन्तः स्याम उत  प्रपित्व उत मध्ये अन्हां !

उतोदिता मघवन्त सूर्यस्य वयं देवानां सुमतौ स्याम !!

यजु - ३४/३७ 

May we , now while praying to you, be in the divine blessing ; in the middle of the day also we may be in the divine blessing ; and the next day also when the sun rises your blessings may continue for us . May we be your loved ones and the blessed ones at all times . 

तेरी कृपा से दिन नया , कैसा उगा कैसा खिला 

वैसी कृपा हम पर भी कर , सौभाग्य के दीपक जला 

जब दिन का अगला पहर हो , और तप्त ये दोपहर हो 

तेरी दया की दृष्टी से . भीगे हमारा काफिला 

फिर दिन ढले फिर रात हो , फिर एक नया प्रभात हो 

फिर आपकी कृपा मिले , चलता रहे ये सिलसिला 

ईश्वर की रचना

औम् यस्य इमे हिमवन्तः महित्वा यस्य समुद्रं रस्य सः आहुः !

यस्य इमाः प्रदिशः यस्य बाहुः कस्मै देवाय हविषा विधेम !!

औम् येन धौः उग्राः पृथिवी च दृढा येन स्वः स्तभितं येन नाकः !!

औम् यः अन्तरिक्षे रजसः विमानः कस्मै देवाय हविषा विधेम !!

ऋग - १०/१२१/४ 

Whose grandeur - these snow clad mountains proclaim ; whose grandeur is proclaimed by all the directions , which are spread out like his arms ; whom else shall we offer prayers if not to 'Him.' Whose anger   may make the firmament violent , whose mercy keeps this earth so steady in spite of its tremendous movement, whose directions are controlling the rotations and movements of the entire solar system , who is keeping all the stars and the planets like suspended particles of dust in air ; whom else do we offer our prayers other than 'Him' !

ये हिम से ढके हुए पर्वत 

उछलती सागर की धरा 

दिशाएं फैली बाँहों सी 

क्षितिज तक जाती राहों सी 

घुमाता अन्तरिक्ष को वह 

नियंत्रित करता हर ग्रह को

चंद्रमा सूरज और तारे 

चल रहे बंदिश में सारे 

झुकाएं क्योंकर सर ना हम 

शरण कैसे ना जाएँ  हम

न गायें उसके क्योंकर गान 

वही बस एक है एक महान
